This firm has a long history in Baltimore, DC and Virginia. Ernest J. Clark was one of the early leaders of the Baltimore Agency that dates back to 1900. Ernest Clark was instrumental in developing a relationship with the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company of Maryland, DC, Virginia and West Virginia. (MAWA still has strong relationships with many of the employees to this day.) Ernest became increasingly identified with the movement for ethical conduct, professionalism, and informed market practices. Ernest was responsible for the American College incorporating in 1927 and became president of the College in 1928. Today, all our firm's advisors hold a designation from the American College that represents our commitment to a high standard in expertise and education.

The name also signifies our devotion to a structure that has been built to last long into our clients financial future.
